Further to our letter dated 13th September on access disruption around our site, the installation of the crane was postponed due to the level of winds on that day. This is now rescheduled for Thursday 13th October – Friday 14th October 2022 between 08:00 & 17:00 (8am – 5pm).

FOOTPath Closure Letter
20th January 2022
The surrounding properties have been informed of the closure of the footpath Ramp on Renforth Street, The Pump House, Guildmore Site and the Play Area from Monday 31st January 2022 for a week. This is to enable necessary investigative work on the wall of the footpath.
Commencement of works notice
1st DECEMBER 2021
Dear Resident/Stakeholder,
Please be advised that Guildmore are anticipating a start on site on the 6th December 2021.
Our anticipated site works in the next month will comprise of Piling Works. This will require some large machinery to be delivered to site. This is due to happen on the 6th December 2021. We apologise in advance for any disruption this delivery may cause to local traffic in the area in the morning of the 6th December.
